2009-2010 Student Directory 

The Hammond Middle School PTA produces a student directory each year for the use of HMS students and family only.  The directory includes information about HMS School Staff and the PTA and lists all students in alphabetical order, including their grade.  If you would like your child(ren) to be included in the directory, please follow the directions below to enter your information online by Friday, October 9, 2009.  It is very user friendly and only takes a few minutes to complete. 

The website for submission is www.MySchoolDirectory.com and the password is HMSVIKINGS.  Please enter your information only one time per family unless you have a dual family situation.  Students with dual family situations can be listed with both sets of parents’/guardians’ information.  Please check the box authorizing the use of the information in the directory in order to complete your online submission.  You will receive an email confirmation once your information has been submitted.  If you have any questions or need to make changes to any information submitted, please send an email to khong38@hotmail.com

 If you do not have access to the internet and wish to have your child(ren) included in the directory, please click here to access the printable version of the directory form. Fill out the information  return the form to school no later than Friday, October 9, 2009.
